Note: AMSOIL does not recommend any dual remote bypass system with a RAM pickup of any year. We recommend the single remote bypass system. Single bypass system fits Dodge 5.9L Cummins 2004-2007 6.7L 2004-Current.
Note: System does not include oil filter adapter. Check top of full-flow oil filter housing for two plugs. System includes fitting options to replace one plug. If both plugs are not accessible, order optional part BK1104. See BMK34 Installation and Servicing Instructions below for more information.

Efficient Small Particle and Soot Removal
The high-efficiency AMSOIL Ea® Bypass Filter element is also an effective soot-removal device. The filter element is composed of a highly efficient media, which increases soot-removal efficiency when the bypass filter is used in conjunction with a standard full-flow filter.

An additional filter adds additional opportunity to filter particles out of the oil. The full-flow filter removes larger particles down to about 20 microns, while the bypass filter removes the smaller particles down to 2 microns. Somewhat easy install
Hardest part is figuring out a mounting location. Also ended up having a different engine sound at the place of the mount. A harmonic sound. Not bad but noticeable. Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

Diesel longevity
Never used a bypass on my cars but wouldn't be without one on a diesel. Come to think of it, I just might start putting them on my cars as well. Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

Install on a cutaway van
ot to hard to install and the price was the best I found. I have a 2012 Chevy Express 4500 Cutaway with a Duramax. No one makes anything for it. This kit is for a pickup truck. I have a box frame with a fuel operated heater (FOH) right at the only spot this thing can be mounted. I had to fabricate a mount 9” off the frame to hang it. So far it’s not leaked. You can’t upload a pic but its rock solid. Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
